GENERAL QUESTIONS

Generally, we require to have the vehicle for the day and will call you upon completion of your vehicle. We never want to rush a detail.
We suggest detailing your vehicle twice a year. Once in the spring to clean old man winter from your vehicle and to prepare and protect for the summer heat. Then in the fall to prepare your vehicle for the winter months. You may determine, however, that you require more often detail services. We would be happy to go over what are the best options for you and your vehicle.
What makes us different is EXPERIENCE. We have over 35 years of detailing experience and a genuine passion for cleaning and protecting your vehicle the professional way. Having experienced and qualified staff who are trained to provide you with the service standards we so rigorously enforce sets Pro Wash Auto Detailing apart from the rest.

We do not offer vehicle pick-up and delivery service; however, we do offer a free shuttle service to your home or work and will pick you up when your vehicle is complete.

Every new car needs to be protected, but don’t be caught unaware by purchasing the interior and exterior protection package from the dealer – most are overpriced. Additionally, contrary to popular belief, the factory does not put a protective layer of wax on the car for you. The car you receive is basically naked with clear coat protecting the paint and nothing to protect the clear coat itself. This leaves your finish highly susceptible to environmental contaminants that cause imperfections. Call us TODAY to discuss how Pro Wash can help you preserve that dealer showroom look long after you drive your new car or truck off the lot.

In today’s world there now a lot of do-it-yourself products and yes, they make us feel good that we accomplish something, and we saved lots of money. However, as the old saying goes you get what you pay for! Certain projects should be left to a professional and ceramic coatings are one of those projects.

Most do-it-yourself ceramics are not on professional grade, so they look good once applied to the vehicle, but the longevity and performance are not there. When a ceramic coating is installed by a certified professional installer you get the knowledge that your vehicle will go through the proper steps of surface preparation that is important for your coating to last and perform for years to come. Do your homework before you make this important investment and be sure to contact our knowledgeable and certified installer at ProWash Auto Detailing, who will care for your investment.
